Q. Who is sent to my house to do the work?
A. A qualified Hire a Hand handyman will be on time to undertake any necessary tasks. They will possess all of the relevant skills and experience. We take extra care to screen all our employees prior to employment so you can rest assured that they are proven professionals.

Q. How do I book an appointment?
A. You may contact us via our national number, or email your enquiry and we'll promptly answer it within 24 hours. You may also fax us a request and we can contact you at your convenience.

Q. Do you work weekends?
A. Our handymen are available for weekends. Bookings are essential for Sundays. Calls out for Sundays are for emergencies only. Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Q. What level of service can I expect?
A. Hire a Hand Trades & Services aims to provide you with a professional level of customer service and workmanship. Customer service is just as important to us as our quality of work. We back this up by providing a Guarantee. We always leave the work site clean on completion of work. Hire a Hand Trades & Services has one priority and that is that the service we provide is on time and done right. We inform you every step of the way. If you're not happy with the job we wont leave the site until you are.
Q. How do you charge?
A. At Hire a Hand Trades & Services, we charge by the hour with small to medium Handyman jobs. This way our customers are charged only for the time that we actually work.
With larger jobs such as kitchen installations and Landscaping, we do obligation FREE quotes.
Q. Can I get an estimate of what my job will cost?
A. Absolutely, as Hire a Hand Trades & Services specialises in smaller jobs, we can often tell you on the spot what the estimation might be, AND we also provide obligation FREE quotes. If you give us a call, we can usually give you an idea of how long a job similar to yours would take.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Hire a Hand Trades & Services accepts Cash, Bank Transfers, Guaranteed Cheques and Paypal.
